In 2023 NaVCIS recorded at least 867 vehicles as LoS on the PNC. The age of these vehicles ranged from a 2009 Ford Transit Motorhome/Caravan to a 09/2023 registered BMW ‘X5 M Competition’ stolen 2 months later.
Of these 867 vehicles, 451 were recorded that year, in 2023. A further 106 were recovered in 2024. The total recovery was therefore 557 of 867, approximately 64.24%.
