NaVCIS made 280 submissions to Action fraud in 2023 and 2024
But the dvla received notification of LoS (stolen) reports of:
867 2023
651 2024
A total of 1,518
It seems only 280 of these were ‘fraud’
It therefore appears 1,238 LoS reports related to non-fraud i.e. classified as ‘theft’
