The Internal Review has now been concluded, and the NPCC’s position has been set out in full within the Internal Review outcome letter. We are not prepared to enter further correspondence regarding the matters raised or provide additional clarification of the reasoning already given.
As such, we are unable to offer any further information in relation to Internal Review 3103/2026.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may exercise your right of appeal to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Details of how to do so are contained within both the original response and the Internal Review outcome letter.
