Stolen Vehicle Reporting acceptance criteria & guidelines – the BVRLA document can be read here. Dating from 1994, the agreement was updated in 2002, and seemingly in or after 2006 as the document refers to the 2006 Fraud Act. It is understood that the arrangement fell by the wayside many years ago.
