The national Police Chiefs’ Council has taken to using ‘vexatious’ to counter my requests for information relating to my area of expertise – vehicle theft & claims. their argument is that they are all ‘vehicle related’ – hardly surprising though, tenuous, my requests cover various aspects such as:
- information disclosure
- crime statistics
- weeding concerns
- funding
