public authority’s handling of your request for information.

case officer as soon as we can. The focus of their investigation will be to
determine whether the public authority handled your request in
accordance with the legislation.
The ICO is receiving record volumes of complaints and is currently
assigning cases for investigation approximately seven months after their
date of initial receipt. We are working hard to reduce this timeframe.
